How much money are tickets?

Tickets are $8 per person, or $28 for a family pass. Door sales are $10

Where do I buy tickets?

On eventfinda, or if there are seats left then door sales will be available for $10.

When and where is it?

The 2025 Sunny Side Up Children’s Film Festival will be on the 10th July at the Graham Young Youth Theatre. The session times are 10pm and 1pm.

Are Adults allowed in?

Absolutely! Kids need grown-ups, and grown-ups need some good movies. All ages welcome.

What ages is it for?

The films are best suited for ages 4–12, but there’s something for everyone. Each session runs under an hour and is made to hold the attention of wriggly little viewers.

Can I bring a school group or holiday programme?

Yes please! Sunny Side Up is perfect for groups. If you’re planning to bring more than 10 people, feel free to message us — we can help sort seating and give you a discount code.

Are the films made by kids?

Nope — the films are made by talented adults around the world with kids in mind. Every film is carefully chosen to be engaging, age-appropriate, and full of creativity.

What kind of films are shown?

You’ll see a mix of short animations, live-action stories, and creative gems from around the world. All of them are under 20 minutes and chosen to make kids laugh, think, or go “whoaa!”

Will there be snacks?

Sadly…. not. Due to the theatre rules food will not be allowed in.
